Jobs at BKA
Enjoy your job. And get paid well.
Proper preparation, proper tools, big jobs done together. And colleagues who, like you, take pride in work that's right first time.
Where it goes wrong elsewhere
Chaos, no preparation, always out on your own.
That's why good installers walk away. We turn it around: the preparation is sorted before you leave, big jobs are done together, and quality comes before volume. Work that's right first time. That's what sends you home satisfied at the end of the day.
And if you are on a job alone for once? There's always someone on the phone to think it through with you. Because we do what's best for the customer, even when that takes a bit more effort. If you're looking for a place that thinks like that, you'll fit right in here.
You'll help build a company that's growing. Not everything is finished yet, and that's exactly why you get a say in how it turns out.
What you get with us
The things that make the work genuinely enjoyable
Job preparation in order
Photos, materials and what's going on at the customer's: you know what you're walking into before you get in the van.
Big jobs are done together
More pleasant, safer, and you learn more than you would on your own.
Fully equipped company van and iPad
Kitted out with tools and everything you need. That's not something we cut corners on.
A close-knit team
Team outings, and on Wednesday mornings we all train together with our personal trainer.
Training & certifications
Don't have the paperwork yet, but you've got the right attitude? We'll get it together, at BKA's expense.
Your own role in the company
Alongside your jobs, you get a responsibility of your own to shape as you see fit. We're growing, and you help build.
