At BKA we do it differently. The preparation is sorted before you leave: photos, materials and what's going on at the customer's. Big jobs are done together. And you work in a team we deliberately keep close-knit.
What you'll do
- Install and connect air conditioning, heat pumps and hybrid systems
- Replace and commission boilers
- Install underfloor heating
- Fix faults at customers' homes
- Explain to the customer how their system works, in plain language
- Take an apprentice along and teach them the trade

- At least five years' experience as an installer
- Experience with at least one of these systems: heat pumps, air conditioning, boilers. The rest you learn with us
- B driving licence
- You work hard and get things done
- You double-check your own work, so you don't have to come back
- You leave a workplace tidy and your paperwork is in order
- You're good with people. You're standing in someone's living room
Nice to have
- F-gas certificate
- VCA. Don't have it yet? You can get it through BKA
- Experience with hybrid set-ups and balancing systems
- BE driving licence. Don't have it yet? You can get it through BKA
Don't have the paperwork yet, but you've got the right attitude? Then we'll get it together. Certifications can be learned, attitude can't.

You come by in Aartswoud: the van, the tools, the team. Simply seeing whether it clicks, both ways.

A day on the job
A day out with one of the installers. Afterwards you know what you can expect from us, and we know what we can expect from you. Then you hear quickly where you stand.
Your first month
What your first weeks look like
- Day 1
- Meet the team and see how we work. You get your workwear and tools, we go through the van, and you go straight out with an experienced installer. At the end of the day: a quick chat about how it went.
- Week 1
- Out on jobs every day. You learn how we prepare a job, work tidily in people’s homes, and explain what we have done. A short review at the end of the week.
- Month 1
- You take on more and more yourself: simple jobs, your own preparation, your own van in order. After a month we sit down properly: what is going well, and what your next step is.
Salary & terms
What you earn
Based on 40 hours a week. On top of that: a company van, fully equipped with tools and everything you need, and a company iPad.
- 5–10 years' experience
- €3,000 – €3,800gross per month
- 10+ years' experience
- €3,800 – €4,800gross per month
