This is our warranty
2-year BKA installation warranty: any leak or installation fault within 2 years is fixed free of charge. Daikin air conditioners come with a 5-year parts warranty after registration; we register the unit for you and tell you what servicing keeps that warranty valid. Extension to 10 years is available at a charge.

About air conditioning
With the right unit, yes: not every model can, so we'll advise you honestly. In spring and autumn it's a low-cost way to top up your heating; in the coldest months you usually combine it with your boiler or a hybrid heat pump.
We install Daikin: reliable, quiet and efficient, with a suitable model for every room. During the survey we advise which type suits your home and how you use it.
That depends on the number of rooms, the capacity and how the pipes can be routed. That's why we don't quote standard prices: at the free home survey you get a clear quote for your situation, with no small print.
If you use it wisely to top up your heating, you can save around 10 to 20% on your gas use. There are conditions: the right capacity, the right model and the right way of using it. Cooling costs electricity, we're honest about that. During the survey we work out how it adds up for you.
Most air conditioning installations are done within a day. At the survey you'll hear exactly what your home needs and when we can come.
Almost always. During the survey we look at where the indoor and outdoor units fit best, even if you have little outdoor space.
Modern units are quiet. We position the outdoor unit so that neither you indoors nor your neighbours outside are bothered by it.
