Our agreements, in writing

Quote and agreement
You always receive a written quote. The agreement is formed once you accept it, and we confirm your order by email.
Cooling-off period
As a consumer you have a 14-day cooling-off period after entering into the agreement. If the work has already started at your request, you pay for what has been done.
Prices and payment
Prices include VAT unless agreed otherwise. Travel and call-out costs may apply; the arrangements are set out in your quote.
Carrying out the work
We carry out the work carefully and to the standards of the trade. You make sure we can get on with it: access to the workspace, power and water.
Warranty
Warranties are agreed in writing and set out in your quote. How the installation and factory warranty works per product is explained on the service pages.
Ownership and liability
Products delivered remain the property of BKA until the invoice has been paid in full. Our liability is limited to the invoice amount of the order.
Governing law
Dutch law applies to all agreements. The full text, which is legally binding, can be downloaded below.
