2-year BKA installation warranty: any leak or installation fault within 2 years is fixed free of charge. Plus the Intergas product warranty on the Xtend. Since 2026 there is also a performance guarantee under which Intergas guarantees a minimum saving, subject to conditions; ask about it at the survey.

About hybrid heat pump
You get most of the savings of a heat pump for a lower investment, and you keep the security of your boiler on the coldest days.
For hybrid setups we work with Intergas and ATAG: heat pump and boiler that are well matched, from one brand we trust.
Count on roughly 60 to 70% less gas use. What it comes to exactly for you is something we work out honestly at the survey.
Less than a full heat pump, and most installations qualify for the ISDE subsidy. At the free home survey you get a clear quote for your situation, including the subsidy amount.
Often, yes. If your boiler is still in good shape, we connect the heat pump to it. If not, we discuss honestly what makes sense. See also boiler replacement.
A hybrid setup is usually quicker to install than a full heat pump, because your radiators or underfloor heating stay as they are. At the survey you'll hear the schedule for your home.
Most existing homes with a boiler are, even without perfect insulation. In new builds you usually go straight for a full heat pump. At the survey we tell you honestly whether it pays off for you, and by how much.
